Currently, we're

hiring Legal Consultant to join us with :

7+ years of relevant experience as in-house or commercial

lawyer

Strong knowledge of global and regional

data privacy and protection laws (e.g., GDPR, PDPA, CCPA, or other

APAC regulations).

Experience advising on data

governance, data transfers, and cross-border compliance

issues.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the

ability to build trusted relationships with business

stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen and the

ability to provide practical, business-focused legal

advice.

The responsibilities for

this role will include :

Advising on

compliance with data privacy and protection laws across multiple

jurisdictions.

Reviewing, drafting, and

negotiating data processing agreements, data-sharing agreements,

vendor contracts, and cross-border transfer

arrangements.

Supporting privacy impact

assessments (PIAs), data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), and

other internal privacy compliance processes.

Developing, implementing, and maintaining data privacy

policies, procedures, and training programs.

Providing guidance on privacy risks related to new

products, services, and technologies.

Acting

as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on day-to-day data

privacy issues and regulatory

inquiries.
