Working hours : 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding top talent
- Create and promote a compelling employer brand to attract Singapore’s brightest talent. Be the face of our organization at career fairs and networking events
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies, including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and talent pools, to identify top candidates
- Ensure every candidate has a seamless, positive experience, from the first touchpoint to onboarding
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors to design effective recruitment strategies that meet market demands
- Use metrics and analytics to refine recruitment strategies and deliver measurable hiring results
- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and design tailored talent acquisition strategies
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring we’re always ready to grow
