Description : Operations
- Responsible for the daily operations of retail outlet
- Monitor sales & manage inventory level to ensure adequate stock to maximize sales
- Responsible for the stock variance within his / her shop
- Assist in manpower planning
- Maintain high level of customer service standards
- Create a friendly and yet competitive sales environment to maximize sales output
- Ensure in-store display is carried out according to VM instruction or guideline
Staff Management
Instruct and supervise staff in correct execution of all company operationsCoach and counsel staff with regard to the standard set by the companyEnsure that staff adheres to company's code of conduct & ensure fair practice at workRequirements :
GCE "O", "N" Level or ITE certificate2 to 3 years of sales experience or customer service experienceWilling to work on weekends and public holidays (6 days workweek)Excellent verbal communication and selling-up skillsStrong orientation towards providing excellent customer serviceTeam playerTell employers what skills you have
