Operations Executive

to join our team and help us scale operational excellence across our fast-growing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries across our network

Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with tech and customer service teams to resolve operational bottlenecks

Implement and refine SOPs to uphold high standards of service and efficiency

Lead initiatives to optimize resource allocation, route planning, and partner coordination

Analyze operational data to drive continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness

Support onboarding and training of delivery partners to ensure compliance and quality

Requirements

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Strong analytical mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving

Commitment to operational excellence and a relentless pursuit of high standards

Resilience in the face of challenges, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Experience in logistics, supply chain, or tech-enabled operations preferred

Familiarity with data tools, dashboards, and process automation is a plus
