Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree holder
• Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B industry, of which 5 years at supervisory level.
• Familiar with the business knowledge and operational management model of the chain restaurant industry
• Preferably with experience from large chain restaurants
• Proven ability in managing multi-brand retail chain operations. Overseeing P&L and produce reports for management review.
• Energetic and professional. Strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
• Conduct performance evaluations of regional stores, continuously improving employees' work capabilities and performance.
• Possesses foresight in seeking out business opportunities.
• Lead and manage the sales and business development team
