Job

Scope : Sales

acquisition for renovation projects (Verified leads will be

provided)

Provide advisory services, space

planning, and Design Proposal

Preparation of a

proposal based on clients' requirements

Project management for renovation works including site

supervision and project coordination

Schedule

workflow to meet customers' deadlines.

Work

closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth

handover

Responds to clients'

email / tele-inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Travel to jobsite during renovation period

Manage all projects from proposal to execution, and

handover

Requirements :

Candidates with higher NITEC, Diploma & Bachelor

Degree are preferred

It's a bonus if you have

experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or AutoCAD

Candidates without the required educational background

are welcome to apply and will be reviewed on a case-by-case

basis
