Join a high-impact consulting practice that helps government agencies tackle complex IT challenges and modernize systems with confidence. This team brings together deep engineering, product, and design expertise to assess legacy environments, align stakeholders, and shape multi-year solutions that are human-centric, scalable, and delivered in collaboration with industry partners.
As a founding member of this growing practice, you’ll work on diverse and meaningful problems in the public sector; leading engagements that drive real change and long-term value.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Lead end-to-end product engagements, from discovery and framing through to product vision, roadmap, and implementation planning
- Align product solutions with strategic objectives; balancing user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex product and technology challenges
- Champion product and engineering best practices that support scalability, sustainability, and measurable impact
- Mentor product managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
- Represent the practice in cross-agency forums, communities of practice, or thought leadership events
