Roles & Responsibilities

Summary :

Responsibilities :

Interpret and work from engineering drawings to produce precision components

Set up tools and fixtures for CNC machining operations

Operate and run CNC programs in Mazatrol and G-code languages for both turning and milling

Measure and inspect finished parts using micrometers, verniers, and other precision measuring tools

Ensure proper machine settings to maintain quality, accuracy, and efficiency

Work with stainless steel and other corrosion- and temperature-resistant materials (e.g., titanium)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with workplace safety requirements

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and resolve issues

Key Requirements :

Minimum NITEC or Diploma (or equivalent) in CNC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline

Prior experience operating CNC machines is preferred

Working knowledge of Mazatrol, G-code programming, and Fanuc machines will be an advantage

Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings
