The Role

We are looking for driven and motivated Management Trainees to join our team. Through a structured training program, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of restaurant management — from customer service and kitchen operations to leadership and business decision-making. This is a fast-track program designed to groom you for leadership roles such as Assistant Manager or Restaurant Manager.

Work Schedule

6-day work week

Morning Shift : 10 : 00 AM – 10 : 00 PM

Night Shift : 10 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 AM

What You’ll Do

Operations & Customer Service

  • Learn and oversee daily restaurant operations across service and kitchen.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage feedback effectively.
  • Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently upheld.

People Management

  • Support in supervising and guiding team members during shifts.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff.
  • Motivate and build a positive, collaborative team culture.
  • Inventory & Cost Control
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering, and manage inventory.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Support cash handling and daily sales reporting.
  • Leadership Development

  • Participate in structured training covering service, kitchen, and management skills.
  • Shadow experienced managers to learn problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Prepare for progression into management positions.
