We’re hiring multiple Business Development Executives to grow our insurance portfolio across both corporate and individual segments.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments
- Conduct client needs analysis and tailor insurance solutions to support financial advisors
- Pitch products and services with clarity, confidence, and relevance to individual client profiles
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach and engagement strategies
- Serve as a trusted liaison, managing client relationships and addressing concerns proactively
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients during product launches and financial planning discussions
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine business development strategies
Job Requirements
Local diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicingStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsFamiliarity with MAS guidelines and Singapore’s insurance product landscapeSolid understanding of customer needs and market trendsAble to work independently while contributing effectively within a teamSelf-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentPerks & Benefits
