Roles & Responsibilities

Our clients are seeking motivated and dynamic individuals to join a newly established business unit in the finance industry. This role is ideal for those passionate about personal growth and eager to build a rewarding career in business development. We’re hiring multiple Business Development Executives to grow our insurance portfolio across both corporate and individual segments.

You’ll be at the forefront of expansion—identifying leads, nurturing relationships, and closing meaningful deals. If you thrive on strategic outreach and client engagement, this is your arena.

To support your growth, we offer continuous on-the-job training and mentorship. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to understand client needs, provide effective support, and contribute to overall satisfaction and business success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C segments
  • Conduct client needs analysis and tailor insurance solutions to support financial advisors
  • Pitch products and services with clarity, confidence, and relevance to individual client profiles
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align outreach and engagement strategies
  • Serve as a trusted liaison, managing client relationships and addressing concerns proactively
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients during product launches and financial planning discussions
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine business development strategies

Job Requirements

  • Local diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in insurance sales, business development, or client servicing
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with MAS guidelines and Singapore’s insurance product landscape
  • Solid understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
