Roles & Responsibilities
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the Donor Engagement team to develop and implement new general giving programmes, including staff giving and grateful patient initiatives.
- Develop fundraising principles and policies to ensure effective collection, distribution, and management of donated funds.
- Establish and implement systems and processes for accurate record-keeping and reporting of fundraising activities.
- Manage a small team of fundraising professionals supporting a comprehensive fundraising programme that includes major giving, corporate partnerships, general giving, and events.
- Build capacity through on-the-job training and mentoring of fundraising colleagues across teams and charity funds.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training / Experience
At least 8 years of experience in fundraising operations with a proven and tangible track record.Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.Minimum 3 years of experience managing a team of 2–3 members with diverse backgrounds.Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and senior management.Experience in healthcare or research fundraising will be an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as Arts, Business, Marketing, or Communications.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential.Personal Attributes
