We are seeking a high-achieving professional to join our management consulting team as an Associate In-House Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to work on strategic projects and develop their skills in a dynamic and innovative environment.

The role will involve working closely with our global team of consultants to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various industries, including Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics.

Key Responsibilities

Work on strategic management-consulting projects
Develop and implement solutions to improve business efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications :

Master's degree in business, economics, engineering, biotechnology, sciences (chemistry, biology, physics or related)

1-2 years of consulting experience from leading strategy consultancies

Proven project management skills, including ability to contribute and deliver on consulting projects seamlessly in a largely autonomous work environment

Demonstrated functional knowledge across the value chain, including strategy, product development, manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing etc.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to synthesize details into a clear, structured format

Confident personality and excellent communicator with a proactive mindset
