Quantity Surveyor (Real Estate, B2C Interior Design, Renovation, Central)

Responsibilities :

  • Review plans, prepare quotes, and analyze costs.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and site managers.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Advise on improvements and track material usage.
  • Maintain stakeholder relationships and travel to sites as needed.

Requirements :

  • Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • 2-3 years' renovation experience.
  • analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
