Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage orders related to enquiries from customers
- Process orders received from emails, portals and faxes
- Data entry, tracking and record-keeping in sales-related environment
- Interface and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure seamless order fulfilment on time
- Ensure correct pricing in orders processed
- Resolve issues arising from orders processing with internal stakeholders
- Build sustainable relationships and gain trust with existing customers through effective and interactive communication
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
- 5.5 days work week
