Job descriptionAdhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role would be ideal Well verse in both manual and CNC machining Excellent knowledge in fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling Knowledge of MRP systems is essential Able to read and understand technical drawings Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders
- Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion
- Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution
- Analyse back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations
Work with Estimation, Purchasing and Production teams in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime
