Roles & Responsibilities

Red Education, a leading provider of professional training and education solutions, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Central Region of Singapore. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your industry expertise and network to expand our client base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our training, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance our products and services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic account plans and help in the achievement of sales targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in managing channel and distribution ideal
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an account management or sales role, preferably within the professional training or education industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyse complex client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools to manage client relationships and sales activities.
  • A self-motivated and proactive individual with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a strong academic record.
