Join the Rehabilitation and Protection Group (RPG)! RPG undertakes the statutory functions in the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders, and the protection of children and families. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to break cycles of abuse, neglect and offending. Description of Division / Branch : As part of the RPG family, the Protective Service (PSV) is a statutory service and it leads in policies and processes to safeguard the safety and well-being of vulnerable persons in Singapore. The science and art of our work remain very much firmly rooted in keeping vulnerable persons safe from harm, working in partnership with families and stakeholders such as the schools, hospitals and other community partners. The Service Planning Branch will drive strategic planning for RPG’s Protective Service, strengthen operational systems and processes to enhance effective service delivery, and shape the ecosystem for protection of vulnerable persons.

What you will be working on

Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director (Strategic Planning), the Senior Manager / Assistant Director will be involved in :

• Reviewing, planning and implementing policies, processes and services for RPG’s Protective Service to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable persons, including children and vulnerable adults in Singapore; and
• Providing support for strategic planning and public communications for RPG’s Protective Service and the protection ecosystem in Singapore.
