Position Overview

The Bartender prepares and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages orders to guest in a courteous and efficient manner.

The Role

Prepare Beverages

• Maintain complete knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes in the Bar
• Maintain knowledge of the characteristics and description of every wine / champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list
• Prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation
• Provide guest with an enjoyable experience
• Address guests' queries on different types of beverages
• Recommend alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and food pairings to guests
• Review and update menus and wine lists.
