Working location : Orchard
Working hours : 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
Are you passionate about empowering others through learning and development? Join us as a Training Executive, where you’ll design impactful programs, deliver engaging training sessions, and drive professional growth across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and skill gaps, aligning programs with business objectives
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for employees, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill-building
- Facilitate onboarding programs to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization
- Assess training effectiveness through surveys, tests, and performance metrics, using insights to improve future sessions
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the company’s training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs
- Oversee training budgets and collaborate with external training providers or consultants as needed
- Keep abreast of industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices to ensure training programs remain innovative and relevant
