Job descriptionAttorney-at-Law 8 years of experience as in-house counsel or as a lawyer Experience in transport and logistics is a must People management experience is a must – distance management is an advantage Experience in international negotiation of commercial contracts Regional responsibility for Asia Pacific and the Indian Subcontinent Management of team members in the region (current 15 in total – placed in Australia, China incl. Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Singapore) Stakeholder management of commercial management teams across the operational divisions (Air & Sea, Solutions as well as Finance and administration) as well as acting as a commercial sparring partner Project management in Group Legal Contract support Corporate compliance Training of commercial teams Policy management Litigation management in the region
