Job Title : Project Manager (Electrical & Instrumentation)

About Us
Our company is an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) contractor providing end-to-end solutions across commercial, industrial, residential, and process plant projects. Our expertise covers electrical & instrument installation, BMS systems, security systems, lighting & cabling works, HT & LT cable laying, as well as testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead projects from tendering and bidding through execution, delivery, and handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage tender / bid submissions , including cost estimation, technical proposals, and client negotiations.
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate Electrical & Instrumentation installation works for commercial, industrial, residential, and process plant projects.
- Oversee BMS, security systems, lighting, HT / LT cabling, and control system installations to ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and monitor testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities for quality and compliance.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and subcontractors to deliver within time and cost targets.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors on technical, contractual, and operational matters.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards across all project sites.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to project engineers, supervisors, and site teams.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Power Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5–10 years of experience in electrical & instrumentation contracting, project management, and tendering.Strong technical knowledge of BMS, ELV, HT & LT cabling, testing & commissioning .Familiarity with Singapore regulations, codes of practice, and workplace safety standards .Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.PMP certification or ISO-related training will be advantageous.Salary Range
SGD 4,500 – 12,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).Why Join Us?
