Roles & Responsibilities
Retail Store Design
- Handle various project design phases, from understanding mall plan, design proposal, coordination with contractors / project managers to project completion
- Produce concept design, space planning and presentation slides
- Assist in tender documentation and detailed drawings
- Ensure site compliance with design specifications and building regulations
- Work with Store Design Manager on building codes, by-laws, mall and site requirements
- Develop new strategies or solutions to achieve time quality and budget milestones
- Other related ad hoc duties as assigned
- To be meticulous in the checking of drawings in accordance to prior standards
