start-up hotel slated to open in Q1
2026.
What the role
entails : 1.
Service Excellence & Brand Consistency
Ensure high-quality service
standards across all outlets, maintaining consistency in guest
experience.
Develop and implement customer
service protocols, addressing feedback to enhance
satisfaction.
Monitor service execution,
training teams to uphold the brand's identity and hospitality
standards.
Oversee menu rollouts, ensuring
alignment with branding and quality
expectations.
2.
Operational Leadership & Efficiency
Optimize workflows to enhance
service speed, table turnover, and overall dining
experience.
Implement operational SOPs,
improving efficiency in ordering, kitchen coordination, and floor
management.
Collaborate with the Team to
refine daily service operations and troubleshoot
challenges.
Lead audits to ensure adherence to
hygiene, safety, and compliance
regulations.
3.
Financial Oversight & Revenue Optimization
Analyze sales performance and
implement strategies to increase profitability across
locations.
Manage food and labour costs,
ensuring effective procurement and staffing models.
Oversee inventory control to minimize waste and optimize
cost efficiency.
Work closely with the finance
team to align business forecasts with operational
strategies.
4.
Team Development & Leadership
Recruit, train, and mentor key
personnel to uphold the highest service standards.
Design career progression pathways and skill development
programs for service leaders.
Cultivate a
strong service culture, ensuring staff engagement and
motivation.
Set clear KPIs to measure team
performance, ensuring accountability and
efficiency.
5.
Expansion & Business Growth Strategy
Identify opportunities for outlet
expansion and new service innovations.
Partner
with marketing teams to roll out campaigns that drive customer
engagement.
Lead initiatives that enhance
brand presence and competitive advantage in the
industry.
