Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Maintain service items inventory control and order parts
- Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site / outsource / inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis
- Liaising with Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after sales matters
- Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers
- Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner
- Maintain proper records for billing purpose
- Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system
- Preferably with IT knowledge
- Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or Certificate in IT / Computer or related studiesPreferably with at least 1-2 Years of working experience in related fieldGood communication skills and able to work independentlyComfortable with dynamic and fast-paced environmentStrong phone presence, interpersonal & customer service orientedEnjoying interacting and communicating with people, and maintain good rapport with our in-house dept, suppliers and end-usersProficient in MS OfficeOthers :
