Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Assess and value work done on site and prepare progress claims to the LTA.
- Handle variation order (VO) cost analysis and submit VO quotations.
- Prepare payment certificates for sub-contractors.Review sub-contractor quotations, conduct price comparisons, and negotiate pricing.
- Liaise with suppliers for preliminary quotations, finalize pricing, and issue purchase orders (PO).
- Develop project cost estimates and implement cost control procedures.
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field.2–3 years of experience in a main contractor environment, preferably in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and sub-contractors.Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.Tell employers what skills you have
