Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of client system projects from start to closure.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and prepare detailed reports.
- Provide customer training, presentations, and technical support.
- System design documentation, diagrams, and configuration profiles
- Infrastructure security policies
- FAT and SAT procedures and reports
