We’re partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing company to hire a Head of Growth to join their team.
- Lead the company’s growth strategy across all user segments to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Build and scale multiple acquisition channels, including referral programs, partnerships, and community initiatives.
- Optimize onboarding and conversion processes to drive new user engagement.
- Design retention and engagement programs using rewards, gamification, and habit-forming experiences.
- Use data-driven insights—testing, analysis, and performance modeling—to guide decisions.
- Identify strategic partnerships to extend reach and growth opportunities.
