Senior Sales Executive / Manager

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue & growth targets (local and export)
• Lead, coach and manage a team of sales executives / account managers
• Identifying and directing sales channels to corporate customers in the F&B industry, including overseas market
• Developing strategies to expand business in both domestic (F&B / wholesale) and export (Asia / Middle East) markets
• Set targets, build strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth across the product lines
• Negotiate contracts, quotations and pricing with clients
• Monitor market and customer trends; adjust tactics and product positioning vs competitors
• Prepare sales forecasts; report on performance and manage budgets

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in seafood / F&B industry
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication with an entrepreneurial mind-set
