Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Participate in structured training and rotational assignments across departments (e.g. Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.)
- Assist department heads with daily operations, project management, and strategic initiatives
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to management
- Take part in meetings, workshops, and team activities to gain exposure to decision-making processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and drive efficiency
- Work on assigned projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Shadow experienced staff to gain insight into leadership and operational responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related fieldRecent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience are welcomeStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to changeAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentWillingness to travel or relocate, if required (optional based on role)Tell employers what skills you have
