Responsibilities :

• Drive process analysis, reengineering, and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with internal departments to define the impact of new workflows
• Translate business needs into digital solutions with clear operational benefits
• Lead change management and end-user enablement (e.g., training, adoption support)
• Develop business cases and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Coordinate digital initiatives with external vendors and internal teams
• Optimise digital visibility through effective SEO management strategies
