We are seeking a highly skilled Quote to Cash (Project, Project Billing, & Revenue Management) Functional Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Project, Project Billing, and Revenue Management functional modules, with experience in requirements gathering, configuration support, data analysis, and system testing. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, data and integration teams to support Workday Project, Project Billing, and Revenue Management functionalities that enhance project tracking, billing processes, and revenue recognition. Additionally, you will provide functional inputs and validate testing scenarios with the technical teams. Key Responsibilities

Assist in gathering business requirements for Quote to Cash processes and document them accurately. Translate business requirements into Workday system configurations and solutions. Configure Quote to Cash business processes, including project setup, contract management, billing rules, and revenue recognition. Configure Workday security roles, reporting, and dashboards as needed. Maintain and update functional documentation to reflect changes in the system and business processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Quote to Cash processes with other Workday modules. Collaborate with data and integration teams to ensure accurate data flow between Quote to Cash and other modules / systems, providing functional inputs. Prepare test cases, execute system tests, and document results. Support end‑user training by creating training materials, conducting sessions, and providing user support. Required Qualifications

1‑3 years of experience working with Quote to Cash (Project Billing & Revenue Management) or similar ERP financial systems. Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional documentation. Strong data analysis and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills to work with consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. Collaborative mindset with cross‑functional teams including data, integration, and business teams. Understanding of Workday core business processes and basic configuration tools. Knowledge of project tracking, contract billing, and revenue recognition processes. Experience with system testing, including preparing test cases and executing test plans. Familiarity with Workday reporting and security configuration is a plus. Other Information
