Job description

The Marketing & Sales Executive will lead and manage all

sales and technical marketing activities for our savory ingredients

portfolio. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth,

developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and providing

technical expertise to customers. The Director will work closely

with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure our

products meet market demands and customer

expectations.

Job Description and

Responsibilities

  • Develop

relationship with the assigned customer base in the food

industry.

  • Communicate customer developments
  • and company positioning to internal stakeholders as

    directed.

  • Develop and implement key account
  • strategies which drive and maintain customer

    satisfaction.

  • Differentiate CJ by effectively
  • communicating value at multiple levels and departments in the

    customer organizations to include purchasing, nutrition and health

    production and operations.

  • Build and maintain
  • relationship with customers, industry influencers and key strategic

    partners within the food industry.

  • Act as the
  • primary technical expert for savory ingredients, providing in-depth

    product knowledge and application support to

    customers.

  • Collaborate with the R&D team
  • to develop innovative savory solutions and customize products based

    on customer needs.

  • Conduct product
  • presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops for clients

    and industry partners.

  • Address and resolve
  • customer technical inquiries and issues in a timely and

    professional manner.

  • Identify key industry
  • trade shows and attend to represent the

    company.

  • Achieve revenue budget and growth
  • targets through strong tactical

    implementation.

  • Coordinate sales activities
  • across multi-disciplinary teams including but not limited to

    marketing, supply chain, and technical

    service.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor
  • activities, and new product developments in the savory food

    industry.

  • Utilize market insights to refine
  • product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales

    approaches.

  • Prepare and present regular sales
  • performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to

    senior leadership.

  • Resolve customer complaints
  • or issues while protecting company assets and

    interests.

  • Perform other duties as
  • needed.

    Job Qualifications,

    Education and Experience :

    Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited four-year college in

    Business or related field.

  • Minimum of 15 years
  • of experience in savory, flavor, sports nutrition industries, food

    grade amino acid industry or similar industry such as

    nutritional / dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, pet food

    preferred.

  • Knowledge / background in referencing
  • clinical trial studies in presenting supporting information / data to

    customers.

  • Specialty product business
  • development and B2B customer business experience

    required.

  • Technical background (nutrition
  • & health science) and P / L responsibility in dry

    food / beverage / seasoning & spices industry.

    Demonstrated history of successful management.

    Travel : Up to 60% travel may be required for this position. This

    includes overnight travel outside of local

    regions.

  • language is essential as the role involves daily liaison with our

    Korean headquarters, stakeholders, and

    clients.
