As an Business Support Executive (Financial Industry), you will be responsible for the following duties :

Handle contract administration in line with company policies and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with any updates or changes.

Manage payment transactions, including reconciliation, post-payment documentation, and tax-related follow-ups.

Maintain accurate and organized records of contracts.

Assist with IT asset tracking, regular audits, and other ad-hoc asset management tasks.

Provide support in vendor administration, including onboarding and termination processes.

Contribute ideas to improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and support process optimization initiatives.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in payment operations.

Knowledge of MAS guidelines preferred.
