OPERATION DEPARTMENT MANAGER VACANCY
Summary
We are leading Taiwanese bank seeking the services of an Operation Department Manager who will be responsible for the relationship development and customer service for all deposit / remittance / trade finance customers and for coordinating the activities between all involved parties and supervises the operation of Operation Department.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with and supports operation officers by coordinating all steps of the deposit / remittance / trade finance transactions from application to closing.
- Communicate closely with operation officers to ensure documents are well-prepared and comply with regulation requirements.
- Maintain the good relationship with customers.
- Coordinate with the other related Departments to solve problems if any.
- Perform various AML compliance functions.
- Oversee the operation of the Operation Department.
- Review / Revise the deposit / remittance / trade finance Policy and Procedures.
- Perform other job related duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
BA in Finance / Accounting / Admin.Minimum ten years of Banking experience preferredEffective communicator.Independent with a team orientation.Bilingual to liaise with Chinese speaking clientsAble to handle Chinese DocumentsThorough understanding of all policies including but not limit to deposit and remittance and trade finance policy, government regulations and compliance requirements.Supervisory experience preferred.Tell employers what skills you have
