Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Implement age-appropriate teaching, learning, and caregiving activities in alignment with relevant curriculum frameworks.
• Assess children's learning needs through observations and evaluations.
• Facilitate engaging activities that are consistent with the curriculum and pedagogical strategies.
• Apply effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment.
• Enhance the learning setting with appropriate materials and resources to support development.
• Follow health, safety, nutrition, and hygiene standards in accordance with established practices.
• Maintain accurate records documenting children's learning and developmental progress.
