About the

Role

We are seeking an experienced and

results-oriented Operations Manager to

oversee the activities of our Wildlife Rescue Team. The successful

candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day

operations, effective resource deployment, compliance with

regulations, and delivering high-quality services to our clients

and stakeholders.

Key

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily wildlife rescue operations,

including scheduling, team deployment, and task

assignment.

Ensure all operations are

conducted in accordance with established Standard Operating

Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory

requirements.

Lead and develop team members,

providing guidance, training, and performance

management.

Maintain close coordination with

clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders.

Oversee the utilisation and maintenance of operational

resources, including vehicles, equipment, and supplies.

Monitor and report on operational performance, incidents,

and compliance outcomes.

Contribute to

operational planning, budgeting, and resource

allocation.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of operational management experience,

preferably in emergency response, Wildlife Management services, or

related fields.

Proven leadership and people

management skills.

Strong organisational,

decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication

skills.

Knowledge of wildlife management or

environmental services will be an advantage.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

and on-call duties.

Possession of a valid

driving licence is

preferred.
