We are seeking a responsible and experienced Retail Manager to lead our retail operations and ensure excellent customer service and efficient store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the retail store, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage inventory levels for high-demand products like canned food, rice, fish, and meat
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage deliveries to ensure stock availability and freshness
• Supervise and train staff, assign duties, and monitor performance
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve complaints effectively
• Ensure the store meets cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards, especially for fresh produce and meat
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, track expenses, and support budgeting processes
• Plan promotional activities and assist with product display and marketing initiatives
