Showroom Manager / Executive

Responsibilities

The Showroom Executive / Manager will be responsible for managing retail showroom sales (large format tiles) and managing relationships with key industry professionals.

Supports day-to-day operations of the sales showroom, maintains the visual merchandising and sample library.

Assists in preparing quotations, samples and follow-up documentation.

Guide architects and designers through the selection process.

Build trust and loyalty with key audiences.

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in showroom sales.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Have strong design sensibility and an eye for detail to curate solutions that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
• Must be willing to work on retail hours.
