We are a growing F&B establishment committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences with top-quality service and authentic cuisine. To support our expansion and maintain operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and lead a team of service staff, kitchen crew, and supervisors with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Implement and monitor service standards, SOPs, and quality controls.
- Drive business growth through effective cost management, revenue optimization, and customer engagement strategies.
- Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance appraisals.
- Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Develop marketing and promotional initiatives to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Provide detailed operational and financial reports to management.
Requirements
Proven experience minimum 3 years in restaurant.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, customer service, and business development.Ability to handle high-pressure environments with professionalism.Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L management.Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.We Offer
