Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of early talent programs, including onboarding, development sessions, engagement, and offboarding.
• Plan and execute program events such as workshops, networking sessions, and recognition activities.
• Manage internal communications and updates related to program milestones and activities.
• Track attendance, maintain records, collect feedback, and assist in preparing program reports.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR, hiring managers, and other teams to align on timelines and participant needs.
• Support employer branding and engagement efforts through social media and campus activities.
