Responsibilities :
Organise daily files, including but not limited to invoices, receipts and quotations.
Generate invoice and quotations.
Data entry.
Follow up with payment from customers and to suppliers.
Requirements :
Able to work as a team.
Experience in document creation, editing and filing.
Good communication and coordination skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and clients.
