The Opportunity :

This isn't a desk job. We need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You'll be a vital part of our technical team, taking charge of projects from start to finish. If you're a skilled professional who gets satisfaction from building, troubleshooting, and delivering solutions that make a real difference for clients, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) :

  • Hands-on Systems Deployment : Lead the installation, setup, and deployment of our AV and IT systems. This includes hands-on work with wiring, cabling, and using hand / power tools to ensure every project is executed with precision.
  • Customer Support & Training : Provide direct technical support to our clients. You'll be the one who resolves issues and trains users, making sure they can use their new systems effectively.
  • Technical Problem-Solving : Serve as a go-to expert for troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues. You'll work with our partners to find solutions and manage the RMA process for equipment.
  • Project Execution : Read and interpret technical plans and diagrams to ensure all specifications are met. You'll be responsible for the seamless execution of projects, from initial setup to final delivery.

Who We're Looking For :

We need a self-starter with a solid technical background and a can-do attitude.

  • Technical Skills : You are proficient in Professional Audio, Video, Lighting, and IT networks .
  • Experience : You have 1-2 years of verifiable, hands-on experience setting up and supporting these types of systems. Experience with live production or multimedia technology is a big plus.
  • Specialized Knowledge : Any experience with Q-SYS Design (LUA or Block) programming will make you a very strong candidate.
  • Customer Focus : You can confidently talk to clients and provide professional, clear support.
  • Work Ethic : You are efficient, adaptable, and willing to learn. We need someone who is reliable and takes ownership of their work.
  • Education : A diploma in a media technology-related field is preferred but not required if you have the right experience.
