MEP Manager (Main Contractor A1)

Job Summary :

This role involves coordinating design, procurement, and installation activities to ensure compliance, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, plan, and manage all MEP activities from design to commissioning.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor work progress, budget, and manpower allocation , ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Manage tendering, procurement, and cost control of MEP systems and materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical and coordination issues.
• Lead MEP testing and commissioning activities before project handover.
• Support and mentor project engineers to achieve team and project objectives.
