About the Role – Sales & Business Development Director (EMS)

We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Director to lead and expand Aztech’s EMS customer base. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a strong commercial acumen, capable of not only identifying and developing new business opportunities, but also cultivating executive-level relationships and guiding prospects through the full business development cycle—from initial engagement to successful partnership activation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting various EMS opportunities across priority industries.
  • Lead market mapping and identify key OEMs / startups that align with our production capabilities and value proposition.
  • Drive the full sales cycle – from lead generation, prospecting, RFI / RFQ, proposal development, to contract closure.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and program management to build compelling customer proposals.
  • Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders at prospect companies.
  • Maintain competitor insights and develop winning positioning strategies.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and networking events.
  • Lead or support regional expansion or entry into new verticals in coordination with the management team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of sales / business development experience in EMS or contract manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong network with brand owners and OEMs in sectors like consumer electronics, IoT, or industrial devices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
