Sales Engineer
Salary : Basic up to $3800 + Quarterly Bonus + Monthly Incentive
Location : Jurong East
Job description :
Our client is a leading provider of fluid system solutions in Singapore.
- Account Management & Growth : Develop and expand assigned customer accounts through a solution-selling approach, proactively identifying client needs and
- recommending the most suitable technical solutions to address their challenges.
- Customer Engagement : Provide exceptional service throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discussions to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.
- Business Development : Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Refinery sectors. Drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Sales Planning & Forecasting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts, develop account strategies, and monitor progress against agreed business objectives. Track key performance indicators to ensure targets are achieved.
- Technical Collaboration : Work closely with the Engineering Services team to design and deliver value-added solutions tailored to customer requirements. Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients.
- Cross-Functional Communication : Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, operations, and customer service) to ensure seamless project execution and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related science / technical discipline.Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Refinery sectors in Singapore.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI).Company Name : Nala Employment Pte Ltd | License No. : 16C8302
