1. Post-Sales Support Service : Resolve Client Complaints by Investigating Issues and Developing Effective SOLUTIONS.
2. Collaborate Closely with Overall Sales Team, China, Japan, Local External Sales Partners, Sales Clients from SMEs / MNCs Organisations.
3. Perform Outdoor / Visiting Customers , To Travel Within the Sales Territory Required. - TUAS / JURONG ISLAND / LOYANG / CHANGI AREAS
5. Prepare Costing, Tenders, Proposals, and Quotations for Clients.
6. Generate Reports, Maintain Sales Records of Transactions, Negotiate Contracts and Sales Orders.
7. Generate and Qualify New Leads, Arrange Appointments (via Phone Calls, LinkedIn, Emails) for Introductions or Sales Presentations. Responsive Services with Follow-Ups.
8. Maintain Proper Documentation of Client Contacts and Sales Services Provided.
