Job description

A. Job Responsibilities

1. Core Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and quotes related to product pricing.
  • Organize, archive, and track department-related documents; respond to customer emails within the required timeframe.
  • Process and organize shipping and sales orders.
  • Maintain and update customer contact information.
  • Support sales staff with internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
  • Regularly provide sales performance reports for sales staff and / or department supervisors.

Handle tasks assigned by the supervisor and provide logistical support to the department.

Complete other tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor.

2. Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales department, including customer communication, public relations activities, and internal coordination.
  • Facilitate efficient sales operations and coordinate cross-departmental resources to support business objectives.
  • Manage meetings and provide decision-making support.
  • Participate in daily departmental meetings to help communicate and coordinate departmental needs, enhancing collaboration efficiency.
  • 3. Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Collect market trends and competitive intelligence, analyze data, and create presentations to support decision-making.
  • 4. Customer Relations & Brand Maintenance

  • Assist supervisors in client visits to understand customer needs and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Support the development and management of the company's brand image to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • 5. Business Trips & Field Support

  • Provide on-site or travel support as needed based on business requirements.
