- Ability to bake all kinds of bread from dough
- Knowledge of latest bread trends and able to replicate them
- Monitor ingredient inventory and ensure freshness of all materials
- Operate and maintain baking equipment for smooth daily operations
- Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to uphold our reputation
- Hands on and hardworking
- Maintains adequate supply of all prepared products on hand and ensures the proper storage and refrigeration
- Cleans, breaks down, and puts away all baking equipment
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
