Job Responsibilities :
Assist the team with day-to-day operations of RISPACS, NGEMR systems, and Diagnostic Imaging equipment to usersPerform image amendment requestsPerform daily administration of PACS application and RIS modulesRostered to provide 24 / 7 on-call support on a rotational basis.Communicate IT issues identified by users to vendors or respective parties involved.Respond to systems-related issues promptly and escalate when necessary.Assist the department with the import and export of radiology imagesAssist in image or data extraction and de-identification of images based on accepted hospital policies.Work with the hospital IT Department, vendors, and end-user groups to coordinate change requests about Radiology IT systems.Involved in project management and assisted in system migration and implementation phases of current to incumbent systemPerform any other duties assigned by the Imaging Informatics Manager / HODJob Requirements :
Diploma in Business IT / Information Technology / Health Informatics / Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years of working experienceBasic understanding of IT and network concepts.Proficient with Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skillsStrong interpersonal, communication and written skillsWilling to do on-call duties and flexible in working hours as some tasks (such as system maintenance) can only be performed after office hours.By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
