Job descriptionCoordinate and liaise with internal teams including OPS packers, admin / logistics coordinators, and the QC team. Monitor and verify the accuracy of QC reports on a daily basis. Maintain and update records of quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements as directed by executives or managers. Perform QC inspector duties to conduct routine inspections when necessary. Manage SAP Y7 / Y8 transactions for Non-Conformance crates. Prepare and present weekly and monthly QA validation reports on Kizeo inspections completed by the QC team. Carry out ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Executive or Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Review and validate daily inspection reports from Kizeo completed by the QC team, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
- Oversee the distribution and control of all company quality documentation, including updating Work Instructions when required.
- Revise departmental Work Instructions to align with changes in job flow or customer requirements.
